Thank you for considering Vedic Coach as your partner in achieving balance and fulfillment in your life. We want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our terms and conditions before you engage in our Vedic life coaching services. Please read the following carefully:

1. Confidentiality: At Vedic Coach, we take your privacy seriously. All information you provide to us during the coaching process will be kept strictly confidential, except as required by law. We will not disclose any personal information without your express consent.

2. Payment: Our coaching fees are based on the services we provide, and payment is required in advance of each coaching session. We accept various forms of payment, including credit card and PayPal. If you cancel a scheduled coaching session with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full fee for that session.

3. Coaching Sessions: Coaching sessions will be conducted via telephone, video conferencing, or in-person, as agreed upon by you and your coach. Sessions are typically 60 minutes in length, although this may vary depending on your individual needs. You are responsible for being on time for scheduled sessions. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a session, your coach may cancel the session, and you will be charged the full fee for that session.

4. Responsibilities: As a client of Vedic Coach, you are responsible for being open and honest with your coach, completing any assigned homework or exercises, and actively participating in the coaching process. Your coach will provide guidance and support, but ultimately, you are responsible for your own actions and decisions.

5. Termination: Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time, for any reason. If you choose to terminate the coaching relationship, you will be responsible for any fees owed for coaching sessions already provided.

6. Disclaimer: Vedic Coach is a life coaching company that provides guidance and support to help you achieve your personal and professional goals. We are not licensed therapists or medical professionals and do not provide medical or mental health advice. Our services are not intended to replace the advice or treatment of licensed professionals.
